(1)集热温差(cha)循环控制

太(tai)阳(yang)能循(xun)环系统(tong)采用(yong)温(wen)差强(qiang)制(zhi)循(xun)环,即(ji)当太(tai)阳(yang)能集(ji)热器最高点温(wen)度T1与采暖水箱水温(wen)T2的差值高于设定温(wen)度△T1,即(ji)T1-T2≥△T1(5-10℃),启动太(tai)阳(yang)能集(ji)热循(xun)环泵P1;当T1-T2≤△T2(1-4℃)时(shi),停止太(tai)阳(yang)能集(ji)热循(xun)环泵P1,即(ji)温(wen)差强(qiang)制(zhi)循(xun)环。

(2)辅(fu)助电(dian)加热(re)控(kong)制

冬季,当(dang)太阳能(neng)满足不了使用(yong)的需求,则采(cai)用(yong)辅助(zhu)电加热(re)(re)(re)装置。辅助(zhu)电加热(re)(re)(re)控制启用(yong)定时(shi)加热(re)(re)(re),低谷电时(shi)段(duan)开启蓄热(re)(re)(re)水箱(xiang)内电加热(re)(re)(re)为系(xi)统(tong)供热(re)(re)(re)和水箱(xiang)蓄热(re)(re)(re)。

①自动(dong)模式:打开开关(guan),在水(shui)箱温度(du)大于(yu)等(deng)于(yu)40℃时(shi);当实(shi)际室内环(huan)(huan)境温度(du)低(di)于(yu)设(she)置环(huan)(huan)境温度(du)2℃时(shi),启动(dong)循(xun)环(huan)(huan)泵(beng)持(chi)续运(yun)行(xing);当实(shi)际室内环(huan)(huan)境温度(du)大于(yu)等(deng)于(yu)设(she)置环(huan)(huan)境温度(du)时(shi),循(xun)环(huan)(huan)泵(beng)停止运(yun)行(xing)。如果水(shui)箱温度(du)低(di)于(yu)40℃时(shi)禁止循(xun)环(huan)(huan)泵(beng)运(yun)行(xing)。

②节能模式:在打开开关时(shi),当水箱温度(du)大于(yu)等于(yu)40℃时(shi),室内环境(jing)温度(du)低于(yu)时(shi)段规定(ding)值1度(du)时(shi),循环泵启动(dong)运行(xing)(xing) ,高(gao)于(yu)时(shi)段规定(ding)值1℃时(shi)停止运行(xing)(xing)。

③上班族模(mo)式(shi):与节(jie)能模(mo)式(shi)的工(gong)作(zuo)方式(shi)相同,循环泵按下列的上班模(mo)式(shi)的“时段(duan)温度—环境(jing)温度”表所列的状态(tai)工(gong)作(zuo)。

④防冻功能(neng):只(zhi)要电源有电,并且处于(yu)关机(ji)状态,只(zhi)要室内(nei)环境温(wen)度(du)(du)≤2℃时,水(shui)泵运行,当室内(nei)环境温(wen)度(du)(du)≥7℃时,循环泵运行停止,如果水(shui)箱温(wen)度(du)(du)低于(yu)8℃时开始加热(re),升到12℃时停止加热(re)。

(4)采暖(nuan)供水温(wen)度(du)控制

(5)云监控平台远程监控(可选(xuan)配)

控制器带有(you)485通讯接(jie)口(kou),可(ke)以与云监(jian)控平(ping)台(tai)连接(jie),利用(yong)(yong)手机(ji)app人工(gong)开关机(ji)、设定(ding)控制参数。在(zai)运行一段时间(jian)后(hou),可(ke)以根(gen)据用(yong)(yong)户需求情况(kuang)并结合环境温度变化,智能(neng)(neng)优(you)化控制参数,设置合理蓄热量(liang),从而实现智能(neng)(neng)化,节能(neng)(neng)运行
